Ive waited years to post this version of Dinah's classic recording, and now it's time. Seems nobody else uploaded Dinah's FIRST hit version of "Where Are You". On this version, Dinah is backed by The New Allegros, a trio she hired for this session. The group consisted of Jimmy Thomas (Drums), Earl Edwards (Sax), and Jimmy Sigler (Organ). I'm dedicating this post to my friends in the Facebook group "Jazz Vocalists Unlimited"....Enjoy this rarely heard version of an American standard. nyronut
